There's some good seduction guides out there but I don't really follow anything that says 'get laid in 7 days' because all you end up doing is memorizing a bunch of nonsense lines and not actually changing your inner beliefs, insecurites, etc, so I find those type ineffective.

You can find all the same stuff out there for free if you just google it
