I don't remember ever getting a hardon from it. I'm 46 and well above the age of being in heat after anything that walks by. It's just a really nice picture to see a woman taking care of herself and her body and makes me smile. Everybody deserves to smile ocasionaly.

..women at the gym... love it, can't get it enough of it, far better than always having some fat hairy arsed sweaty bloke training in front of you all the time.. but i guess some of you guys might prefer that...whatever floats your boat, each to their own i guess??...women in the gym, helps me train.. anything to get the blood pumping and the testesterone flowing. Especially if their wearing someting tight and sweaty ( the good looking ones that is, which most of them are..) ....ooh-wer-misses.... i find it helps me push out those last few reps, just when you need a little bit extra, a bit of encouragement.....and of course, they all want to have my babies.

what makes me laugh though is...... when you get women / girls in the gym who have obviously 'dressed up to sweat', make up and stuff... or their working out and their mobile phone rings and they spend the next 5 - 10 mins talking on the phone...... jeez-us, come on!

.....oh..and respect due to the fat birds who just get on with and work hard, getting to the gym must one thing...but working out and putting a sweat on is another.... fair due!

The married ones are much easier to pick up. There are a handful of married women in their late 30's/early 40's who look fantastic at my gym who have made the rounds with more than one trainer. And no strings attached.

Of course I don't speak from experience, but the rumor mill tends to be pretty big at my place. Never mind the people who work there who hook up.

Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

Just curious how you guys responded physically when seeing some nice ass.

Its been a long time that I have gotten hard just from the sight of a girl. Naked is another thing and still most of the time wont affect my hard on status unless I know I am going to fuck her.

I have, however, noticed my breathing becomes faster, I sweat more, and my blood pressure goes up when I see hot girls in the gym doing hot movements. Especially if their panting sounds incredible.

There are SO few girls in my gym.

I get to be the distraction. And I am at times, cause, it was HOT HOT HOT in old blighty this summer and there is no air con (or heating) for that matter in my gym.

I have gone out with one guy in my gym.

I don't like to date guys from my gym, well firstly because they are Essex boys and secondly (I hate to say it), I agree with Foreman, you don't shite where you eat.

I am like one of the lads there now.
