"Dead"? I am talking about the overall health ANY MAN CAN ACHIEVE for himself IF HE WILL START at the beginning and follow through because being honest about his efforts reaps rewards words alone often can not express. I used the example I did to get Man to UNDERSTAND and that there is a relationship between the items I discussed and that any Man that WORKS HONEST AND DAMN HARD will "UNDERSTAND" what I am talking about!!! |

Some are as simple as the way you feed it. And there are ways of enhancing the pleasurable aspects of existence, holding them a bit longer in your attention span than you're used to. In terms of John and his translation of the scripting of a sex act (prolonged and intensified by focusing on individual aspects of it) into the scripting for appreciation of how profoundly intense a focused workout CAN be, is a good beginning. How you interact with a partner, incorporating your ever increasing physical skills that allow (for example) you to overwhelm your lady with an arc of writhing, articulated muscle, supported on either side of her shoulders with the columns of your arms, dipping briefly to brush against her for moments as she desperately tries to pull you down against her, working her from your viewpoint of total control of how and when and IF you will allow her to satisfy your need. And it's because you are in control of YOU; and BECAUSE you control YOU, and are acutely AWARE of the underlying mechanisms of how you function, you can better control all aspects of your relationship with others while growning yet stronger through them. Edging, sexually, IS an excellent way to build a growing, dynamic force within you, and to assist in gaining control over what SEEMS to be just a past-time that is more available when you're fit and strong. As your technique and the mechanics of whatever act you choose become more and more exacting, you will see a ripple effect into every other aspect of life; your workouts WILL be of better quality as you focus on the movement on the individual muscles involved, NOT just the effort of forcing out one or two more reps but concentrating on how the muscles involved are accomplishing the task you've assigned them. To be the best that you can be, you don't need the Army; but you DO need disclipine, OF yourself BY yourself. Or...guys: you can be like the Hamster and climb aboard every time you feel the urge, fall off exhausted, then climb back on. If you want MORE out of life, work at focus on the mechanics - NOT just doing more, but doing it with better skills, awareness, and more energy. And "John," however rough his realization and presentation, IS correct. |
