I was wondering something. I have been going to the gym for about the last month-month 1/2. I have noticed some subtle changes (more size, definition ect. especially in the shoulders ) I have also noticed that even with this small change, more and more women seem to be sneaking a "secong glance". Now I am by no means huge or even big for that matter. My question is, what have been your experiences with the opposite sex as you grow and get into better shape? I want to hear your stories as you morphed from a "normal smooth" person into having a stellar body and the effects it had with the ladies....hell, even other people in general! I have personally used it for my own motivation and it keeps me going on the days where I just feel like giving it all up and cant wait until the day I walk into the gym and every eye turns to ME intead of the shredded guy working out next to me.

One thing that being in better shape brings you is SELF-CONFIDENCE which is what attracts women the most. Also things like better posture and your clothes fit a lot better which they also notice.

And if a girl looks twice, make eye contact and smile.

My experience is when I'm away from my family awhile, (while changing my body) the gals in the family don't really seem to notice when we greet. The men immediately take note and comment.

Same, in public. A man will "leer" at you in public, not sexually, because he might aspire and therefore "more appreciate" your work.

I don't tell anyone (aside from boards) that I work out. I gauge my progress by what others see - at least broadly.

hold a longer eye contact than her? naw......I always make sure I look away first. But not look away in a scared sissy way like I can't keep contact. But just not give them attention that they crave. Works for me.


eye contact + a simple smiles works, ignoring them works better for me. Personal preference I guess.

When I ignore, it puts the initiative on them to 'chase', which makes it easier cuz then they're the one that wants me. I want her too, but I don't show it.

See, in my experience, women don't chase. Maybe it's because I'm older, but at this point in my life, women appreciate confidence a lot more. That's the confidence to be able to walk up to someone you think is attractive and say hi and introduce yourself.

However, I do find with young hot things they are used to getting nothing but attention, in which case the ignoring thing or even a smirk and laugh works in getting their attention. One of my favourites is to catch a girl looking at me, smirk, look away and shake my head like I can't believe they were looking at me. Then inevitably you get them curious enough to try to get closer and you can open them.

correct, women don't chase. it is a mans job to pick what he likes, women just stare, admire, and talk about you with their friends. eye contact is more of an invitation to show you they are interested and that they want you to go over and talk to them.

if you break eye contact before she does, you look like a pussy. if you ignore her and pretend like shes not there she might wonder why but you'll be forgetten alot faster and considered arrogant. compared to a guy who gave solid eye contact and a good smile.

Think of it the other way around... if you try to make eye contact with a girl and she doesnt make eye contact back, and walks right past you like your not even there your gunna think "fucking bitch" "she's full of herself. BUT if she smiled and makes eye contact wouldnt you be less anxious to talk to her? smiling/laughing is just a way to get rid of nervous energy.

in my experience, if a girl is making eye contact with me and she breaks before i do, and remakes eye contact i go and talk to her. as long as your in control and not a nervous little girl when you talk to her you will be fine, she's obviously interested.
