I have known people without erectile dysfunction take it and not being able to have their erection go away for a good few hours no matter how many times they manage to come.

I don't need it and took it once..my dick stayed hard for hours...I could cum...drink a beer..have a smoke...and go at it again....or bust one and just keep going.....bust one pull out and wait for it to go limp...but it doesn't...its good if you plan to get some crazy sex going...I did it to just see what would happen....I wouldn't do it again unless I was going to have a threesome...or some reason why I would want my dick hard for hours....yeah its not good the next day either...dick will feel like someone ran it over...like sore from all the friction.

it can be dangerous if you have any kind of heart condition and with the "hs student dies of undiscovered heart defect" stuff you see in the media i think it's a stupid thing to experiment with. and btw your woman would probably be sore the next day too. sounds more annoying and painful than fun for both partners.
