I was trying to think of the ways to burn calories that are fun. I'm often dismayed by how little calories are burned doing cardio vs regular body activities that burn a lot of calories. So I was thinking/wondering how many calories it takes to make sperm, how many calories are in sperm and what is the total calorie expenditure blowing my load?

personally, i find that if i pop a viagra and strap a 10 lb. plate on each foot, then go into the bathroom and run in place while i patiently try to yank one out. great forearm workout, plus i burn about 1000 calories in the 4 hours that it takes to shoot my load-word of advice, dont try going for two, it wasnt a pretty site.

I doubt you burn diddly squat making sperm. It's just meiosis, almost the same as simple cell division (mitosis) but with a second phase.
