The longer I wait the more I do it...like if I go two weeks without I will do it like 3 times a day for a 2-3 days in a row...like much better off just having sex often or spanking it a few times a week...for me anyways.

I decided to try it out too. I lasted 17 days. I wanted to see how it would affect me psychologically. The first few days, I was easily aggravated, but after that I didnt notice it.

I am trying to do something different. I get horny, I even watch porn, I have sex but I try to not ejaculate. Because I actually get depressed after an orgasm, really depressed like something in my personality is missing. If I dont ejaculate I get horny quicker. After an orgasm I dont even understand why I like women, pretty fucking sad. Man, I know you cheated. I know just about everyone in my infantry training platoon beat off at least a few times during the cycle. Usually, when you had fire guard duty at night, one guy would walk the bay, the other would be beating his meat in the latrine.
