preparing the body for sex to minimize performance anxiety

Hey so it has been a while since I have had sex and I will most likely be having it this weekend.

The past few times I have tried I have felt under pressure and the erection did not come naturally and a few times I didn't even have sex because of this--quite embarassing!

So my question is this: what is the best way to prepare your body for sex so that you can get an erection on demand and have sex with no difficulties?

Specifically, I am wondering:
-Exercise the day of? If so, weights, cardio, or both?
-What kinds of meals should I be eating the day of?
-Any supplements to be taken the day of?
-Any other tips or suggestions?

I know this question may seem funny (gay) to you, but I figure if I can do all the right things leading up to having sex and put my body in the best position to have it, then I will have less stress concerning performance issues.

I know ED is not my problem because I can get erections just fine by myself and upon waking up.

Your input is appreciated! Help me get laid!

First off, you're putting way too much pressure on yourself. Just do your normal everyday stuff.

It helps if you are into the girl you wish to be amorous with. Just go out and have some fun, and let things take care of themselves.

It has happened a few times with this woman and other women.

Sometimes alcohol, other times no alcohol.

If she gave a hand/mouth, that works, but by the time I get the condom on the chance is gone.

Surely there must be some good combination of food, workout, supplements, etc that will put you in the best position possible for sex?

Assuming that you are not on any medication
IMO there are three things you can try

1. Take about one week off drinking (this can have a profound effect)
2. let it build up for a week or so
3. go in for a check up and ask your doc about it. (you can do this first but your doc will tell you to do the first two)

Yes, you can go with the meds. created for this exact purpose, but you're still very young, I would suggest you go the holistic route, try these:

Nutrition

Vitamin C (250 to 500 mg one to two times per day) supports vascular integrity.
Vitamin E (400 IU per day), B6 (50 to 100 mg per day), and zinc (30 mg per day) to support hormone production.
Magnesium (200 mg twice a day) supports hormone production.
B-complex (50 to 100 mg per day) helps reduce stress.




Herbs

Herbs may be used as dried extracts (capsules, powders, teas), glycerites (glycerine extracts), or tinctures (alcohol extracts). Unless otherwise indicated, teas should be made with 1 tsp. herb per cup of hot water. Steep covered 5 to 10 minutes for leaf or flowers, and 10 to 20 minutes for roots.

For sexual dysfunction related to poor circulation:

Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba, 50 to 100 mg per day) increases peripheral circulation and may improve sexual function.
Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), ginger root (Zingiber officinalis), and prickly ash bark (Xanthoxylum clava-herculis) are circulatory stimulants. Use singly or in combination, 3 cups of tea per day or 20 to 30 drops tincture three times per day.
Yohimbe bark (Pausinystalia yohimbe) can be used for sexual dysfunction, under the supervision of your provider.
For sexual dysfunction secondary to hormonal imbalance:

Chaste tree (Vitex agnus cactus) helps normalize pituitary function but must be taken long term (12 to 18 months) for effectiveness.
Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) may help hormone balance.
Damiana (Turnera diffusa) may support testosterone levels. It also tones the central nervous system and may help relieve anxiety.
Milk thistle (Silybum marianum), dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), and vervain (Verbena officinalis) support the liver and may help restore hormone ratios. Use equal parts in a tea (1 cup before meals), or tincture (15 to 20 drops before meals).
For sexual dysfunction associated with depression or anxiety:

St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), kava kava (Piper methysticum), skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), and gotu kola (Centella asiatica). Combine equal parts in a tea (1 cup twice a day) or tincture (20 to 30 drops twice a day). May take six weeks for results.

At 26 I was worried It would end to soon so I beat off or have sex with a previous girlfriend that was still in to me. I found that talking to another girl about upcoming sex was the best therapy. Maybe you could talk to one of your new partners friends about how you feel/fears? that would be the next best thing, IMHO. IMHO, that would set you up to have sex with the girl you talked to about upcoming sex if things went wrong.

today was an great day in maine. i went for a ride to the coast and ate fried clams they've just been allowed back on the menu after a red tide thing.

a warm sunny day,miles of green and blue with douglas fir scented air in a nice little mustang convertible. problem is it's the first nice day in sooooo long. maine weather has sucked ass lately. i really would love to move someplace else. i loved vegas, arizona is beautiful, new mexico....

Here in the Northwest firs reach the sky and clams abound in such mass they practically fall on your plate fried.

If it's not hot near the coast you're two hours drive from the desert if you like.

Here red tide is babes on the rag. Hand and blow jobs abound at these times.

Water skiing, snow skiing, hiking, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, MMA, fucking, higher eduction, blow jobs, etc. abound.


P.S. Don't forget to beat off before you fuck a new chick.. like I wrote before. Also, I suggest women read a romance novel before they get it with a new guy.
