Good stuff, I?m going to print that out and read make all my clients read that, I will add a number 8 which would be eating , I?ve had clients almost pass out on me only to find out that they haven?t had a single thing to eat all day, I advise eating and hour and a half before and immediately after workouts.
All I see in forums is a bunch of noobs asking for cycle advise, when they should be asking for eating advise.
