IML Gear Cream!
Here in about a month I will have trt/cruise dose figured out and be ready for first blast. Should I just double the test e to 500 a week for 10-12 weeks or keep it at 250 and add prop or sust?

5'8" 204 18-bf 2yrs exp. low natural test 380/207/447 last 3 draws.43 yrs old. planning on trt for life.

Are you doing this without doctor supervision? I highly advise you to seek some professional help with this.

TBH your 1st and last test aren't too bad for someone your age. 207 is not good though. I'm sure you can find a Dr. around you that will help you out.

i agree with sloppy, go get a script for trt then ur shit is legal and u can do basically whatever you want

No that's not what I'm saying. Legalities mean shit to me. I'm talking about the wellbeing of the OP, something you should probably worry about also.

been to doc and she believes it should be higher but ins. wont let her right anything. so im going to do blood work after 6 weeks then every 6 months and go see doc to keep it safe. im 2 weeks into self prescribed trt at 250mg a week and already starting to have more energy and better mood.

What about a "Health" clinic? Do you have any of those?

Just so you know where I came from sloppy in 2010 I was fat slob 280. Since then I've been as low as 183 my goal is 210-220 12-13%bf. I have diet under control just trying to fight getting older. I will never be fat ass again and will be big at all cost.

I have been on TRT for a few years now and after trying every cream and gel trt on the market have decided to self medicate. I do about 150mg a week during cruise and blast can be 500-1000mg. I haven't found a dr that will just prescribe me a shot a week. Every time I go on the gels I loose all my muscle and put on fat.

380 is not good for an athlete trying to keep low body fat, plus what may be a good level for one person may not be good for you. Forget your age, the purpose of TRT is to get your levels back to when you were younger. Personally I am comfortable in the 500 range.

well trt is definitely healthier than being a fat fuck, id ask sloppyj to explain what he means regarding health concerns but i know he doesnt answer questions

If you got something to say, then say it donkey. If not, keep quiet.

OP, I was not stating that you are going to get big and fat taking test. I was not trying to question you at all or your dedication. I was just thinking long term health here. I just know that self medicated TRT cannot be better than a doctor monitored situation. A doc can be a pain in the ass having you come in and test all of the time. But this is your body you are playing with. You only get one chance.

Too many people, like senior Donkey up there, come on here with no regard for their health and give advice when they have no idea what they are talking about. A doctor will constantly monitor not only your test levels, but everything else. What if, god forbid, something goes wrong? Then you are forced to self medicate and try to use your best educated guess as to what you need to take to fix it. What I'm saying here is that a doctor is a wealth of knowledge if you find a good one. Not only that, but they have the ability to get you meds that will fix the problem. Best of all, you don't have to wonder if the meds are legit or not.

I'm sure you've given this a ton of thought. I just wanted to throw this out there because IMO, there are way too many guys that are just jumping on TRT because they want to with no regard for their own health.

Most doctors know far less on the subject than an even moderately well read forum member, actually. That being said, the sorts of family style doctors that most here would go to are usually going to know about nothing on the subject besides the blurb they read at the office on the day of your visit.

realy bro, realy !!!! you did not just say some dude that moderately reads forums knows more about trt then some doctor that spent years and years studying medicine. sorry bro but that has to be one of the dumbest quotes i have ever seen

I'll assume you don't actually go to med school or talk to any doctors to have any idea how much they talk about synthetic testosterone in their education. Shut the fuck up.

actualy that was the dumbest quote lol. you realy are an idiot

Meaningful, coming from the guy who can't even fucking spell.

its funny how people always revert to the spelling thing when they know they should have just kept there mouth shut to begin with lol

Well my doc told me she didn't know enough about it to treat me for low t, and the specialist thinks anything above 300 is ok and just part of aging. There seems to be some kind of fear associated with testosterone like its a horrible drug. I think with lawyers and malpractice suits that a lot of docs are afraid to prescribe anything that might be deemed unnecessary. Funny thing is there are docs in our area who don't take any insurance and practice preventative medicine they seem to have more modern thinking and aren't afraid to do what is best for patients. Problem is $500 for first visit 2hrs of time
and $1000 for lab work most working stiffs have other places money needs to go first. Thanks for your concern sloppy I want to do this right. Really just trying to figure out my first blast I think I will probably just up test to 500 a week for 10-12 then go back to cruise dose.

btw Rocker, you clearly don't fit in as even close to a "moderately well read forum member" so I'd advice you still go to the doctor next time you get a paper cut.
and to op, if you are truly doing a blast I would want at least a bit of a ramp over 12 weeks. After 8 weeks or so you are most likely going to see those gains slow a lot.

rocker, i dont mean to be picking sides.. but Idra is right.

here's a link..TESTOSTERONE NATION | Stupid Things That Docs Do and Say - Page 1

you will be frightened.. and then you will understand why i believe self medication (with doctor visits for tests) is the best idea.

sloppy is silly, go ahead and read the thread.

I understand what you are saying SD. I just don’t believe you should go to Billy bob on some board that has a degree in bro science before exhausting every other option. There are plenty of doctors that specialize in trt out there

I agree with you rocker. Let's leave it alone. People will do what they want to do. And if someone wants to go about this without supervision then they have the right. I've said my peace and made my point. If they still ignore it then that's on them.

Endocrinology: The study of the glands and hormones of the body and their related disorders.

ie..... ENDOCRINOLOGIST

so neither of you read the link.. lol

im sure that some doctors may be as educated as people on these websites.. not many though ;)

Find a new Dr. SERIOUSLY. You have a legit condition.

Finish your trt and cycle and then 24 days after your last injection go see a new Dr. Your levels will be totally crashed and then they will have no choice but to put you on.

Sounds like you're being fed a line of BS. from the Dr.
