no the muscle man hams and calves thts why im up at 6am now friggin leg cramp woke me up lol might have to increase water intake ive been off orals for a week now which was causing my back pumps ( still got em ) so maybe they will start to disappear
 
I get them in my Calf when running.
Been using Taurine and plenty of water.

So far so good.
Had to use around 3500mg of taurine however.
 
ill have to try tht i know most of this past week with work being a lil busier i havnt got to drink as much water as i normaly do so maybe tht has something to do with it will vitamine c help
 
hope they dont get worse 3 weeks of solid back pumps was enough for me lol they suck

Going to run test Deca and Dbol soon.......

And i have a fitness test...

going to be some tough weeks ahead.

Will have to double water intake and triple the Taurine :roflmao:

the only time that ever occurs on my end is when im abusing oral methylated's. Halodrol for example.

i was on DMZrx and i took 30dbol yesterday chewed 20mg before work out
but back pump from dmz was unreal
 
I've never had too much of a problem with cramps.

Probably because my muscles are so weak they can't cramp up.
