MLB still pisses me off with how late the games are. No wonder baseball is losing fans when kids can't even stay up and see any games.

Heck I don't even stay up and watch the end.

Not me. 10pm is my limit, especially when I get up early to workout.

Think they're catering to the West Coast? Think any of them are watching?

the time issue is called into question every year, it seems.

i understand how it can be frustrating to some, but MLB is certainly not the only league to do this.

monday or sunday night football both don't end until at least midnight. the playoff basketball games don't start until 9pm.

there has to be proof that these time slots draw the biggest ratings or else they wouldn't be playing them in those slots.

There are no ratings on the west coast...Especially for two east coast teams.

Highest rated game this year was the 5pm start 1 game playoff between Detroit and Minny.

Hockey is the only smart one with 7-8pm starts.

I really don't like the Fox announcers. They think they know it all. Drives me nuts.

Yup, the NHL is the only league really to place their games in a more fan friendly time slot.

Buck and McCarver are awful --especially during Yankee games-- to the point that it's hard to tune in at times.

I've really only watched pivotal moments in this World Series, a rarity for me, and it has to do with two things:

a. mccarver and buck
b. the phillies don't stand a chance and i'm bitter.

I've seen a good chunk of the WS this year but haven't really been paying attention to McCarver and Buck. They annoy the hell out of me, so I sort of tune them out. So how many times has McCarver mentioned the 1986 World Series this year? Where's Deion Sanders when you need him?

Of course it just happened to be a Yankee who owned the record.

It would make sense that it's a Yankee, they've been involved in more World Series series' than any other team in the sport.

There really is no Yankee who has stood out in this series, like A-Rod and Sabathia did in series past.

It'll probably come down to overall blatant homosexuality, in which case, Alex Rodriguez is winning it.

I always have problems with this.

Matsui has doing his job with limited at bats, Jeter has hit for average but has struck out a lot.

Psst: The Yankees are up 3-2 and will most likely wrap up the WS tomorrow night. So quit your whining.

Our chances are good because we play at the stadium, Petette is still good but he's on 3 days rest.
That comeback last night does show you the Yankees are never out of it.

Howard and Tex have really bombed this WS.

Well if they win tomorrow two good things will happen.

Winning it in the Stadiums first year and beating Pedro. That would be great.

Andy vs. Pedro...like old times.

I can't believe the Yankees are going to win the World Series with a three man rotation consisting of Sabathia, Burnett and Pettitte.

When was the last time a team went through three rounds en route to a World Series Championship while starting only three pitchers?

Probably a cool trivia question.

Last time it happened was the Braves in '92.... but they lost in the series to you guessed it the Jays
