    Badminton for cardio?

Does anyone play badminton? I love the sport but i'm afraid it's going to burn too many calories and prevent me from putting on much mass. Anyone have any experience with this?

I find it's exceptionally good because it has given me a really strong core which has helped me with squats, deadlifts and other compound movements.

    Yes Badminton is great.

Be sure to eat a couple of fruitcups afterwards to maximize its getting jacked benefits.

Badminton is one of the best exercises that I’ve experience. I love sport, especially playing badminton. Many said that it has a lot of benefits to your body. That's the reason why many people like these sports. Continue doing that, it’s good for your health.

    Thanks guys.

    Update:
I have been playing 2-3 times a week for the last 4 weeks. I have dropped from 2% to 9% bodyfat and added 1kg of muscle mass. Not much mass but the 6 pack is almost here

(according to my not so accurate but ALWAYS consistant scales)

Foosball whilst standing on a BOSU ball is superior. Then, eat 8oz of fat free cottage cheese with pineapple for your recovery meal.
