I used to be 141 lbs then put on 30lb in 3 months thanks to the helpful forum members.
Now trying to maintain 190lbs but lower bodyfat.

Yes, I'm bitter and wish death upon most law enforcement (parking enforcement included), but to take your job so seriously only to be a fat whale is pretty funny to me.
It just reinforces the notion that most policemen are power hungry, socially inept, losers who wouldn't make it in any legitimate field.

what should they do tackle him? that gives him access to the cops gun, baton, OC spray and taser. I think the taser is the best option here by far and heart conditions are very rare.
