Mike Alstott? LOL...what a random player to wonder about.
I wonder what Matt Suhey is up to these days.

I first started watching the NFL the year Tampa Bay won the super bowl, my favourite player was Mike Alstott. I loved the way he ran the ball and ran over defenders instead of round them, ive heard he's retired due to injury. Im just wondering is there anyone out there who is similar and can take off where Mike left off, i understand he didnt have the greatest stats but give me his type of running over alot of the others anyday.
All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy.

Alstott was a bad ass!

Ive no idea who Mike suhey is, is he just some obscure player youve plucked from off the top of your head to emphasise how random it is i was asking about Alstott or you genuinely asking lol?!
Yeah might seem random, just like i said he was a major player in them winning the super bowl that year and havnt really seen a fullback who can run like him since.

I liked Mike Alstott. He was the last white running back that was any good. Toby Gerhart is on the clock!

MattSuhey blocked for Walter Payton on the Chicago Bear team that dominated in 1985. I know it was a while ago, but they were a tremendous team.
As Chris Berman used to say "you're in good hands with Alstott". He ran alot like John Riggins.
The blues had a baby, and they named it Rock and Roll

I feel better now. Nobody remembered the Chicago Bears from 1985. John Riggins rocked. Remember Earl Campbell? He'd just flat run through people; plus he was FAST! Starting to think I should start an old man thread...
