Do you think Lesner has been in with higher quality and we havnt seen Carwin tested yet?
All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy.

My money is on Carwin. I think Carwin has been tested much more than Lesnar. Carwin had to plow through decent competition over 10 times and impressively destroyed each opponent by KO in the first round. I think there are two things going for Lesnar and that is "size" and "speed". Finally someone like Carwin who's just as large, if not larger, will step up. Overall, I've been more impressed by Carwin's performances than Lesnar's. My prediction is, if Carwin doesn't knock him out in the first round, Lesnar is going to tire out in the second and that's when Carwin will put him away.

I dont know on this one, I really dont. Brock hasnt been really tested, but hes relentless and I believe he has more hunger...and will always have more of it.

Carwin though has KO power and consecutive KO power. We already know this. He is almost as big (id say he is as big, but UFC lies about Carwin's BS 6'5" height) and has wrestled.

But! Brock hasnt been tested, so he could have KO power. Cain KOd Nog. Machida KOd Silva. Before certain KOs surface, no one knows if a fighter has KO power.

    Carwin would win by KO.
    Brock would win by GnP.

Then again, Fedor lost this weekend, so nothing is ever for sure.

If I had too I would go with Carwin, but it is a very tough pick.

Carwin has clear knockout power, and he is training w/ Greg Jackson I believe. Greg Jackson is the best MMA trainer/coach out there IMO. There will be an excellent game plan for sure.

Brock is a freak though...there are just too many unanswered questions about him to pick a winner, hopefully some of those questions will be answered saturday night.

I vote for Carwin. There's just something about they way that he moves and hits that strikes me as good, compete fighter.

Lesner just rushes and bashes. Most of opponents have been so much smaller; Unlike Carwin.

There's just something about Carwin that makes him so much more dangerous than Lesner. I just can't put it into words.

I also want Lesner to lose because he's a douche that needs to leave the UFC and go back to the WWE. Ride his wife? Get in the octagon right after Carwin wins and talks smack?

When GSP wins, the first thing he does is check on the other fighter if he seriously damaged him in a fight. Then he thanks the fans and god. An absolute douche bag like Lesner shouldn't be allowed into a sport with so many fighters that show good sportsmanship and humility. It hurts the sports image.

im going for carwin, brock lost to frank mir in there first fight and frank took Brock to the second round in there second fight, and Carwin completely destroyed Frank mir like it was nothing, but then again gonzaga almost dropped shane Carwin, so i think if Brock hits him with a good one it could be all over, i think it will be hard for Brock to completely control Shane on the ground because he has a really good wrestling background, but ill still be pulling for Carwin no matter what

Lesnar hands down-always put your money on the best wrestler. He was an NCAA champion. Gets better with every fight.

you know i am also torn... i hate lesnar!!! and talking about lesnars wrestling skills, COME ON randy pushed his big ass all over the ring. randy cracked with a few good ones, and rattled lesnar a bit. think randy's punching power doesn't even compare to a wore out, tired, pushing from the reserve tank carwin punch!!!! i will be VERY surprised if lesnar doesn't get LAID OUT!!! plus u see what ring rust does to veterans, lesnar is FAR from a veteran, and he has been out for AWHILE!!! while carwin been in there laying people out!!!

not siding just looking at statistics here

    I meant to say Lesnar.

I'm watching this fight now. I'm 2 mins into the first round. Brock is down and getting pummeled. All I got to say is, thank god that ref didn't stop the fight. He would have stopped the best UFC HW fight in a years.

Good stuff Lesnar. Kept his composure and proved he is the champ. I wish I would have gotten this card. Sounds like the other fights were good too. Glad to hear Leban won.
