Rays were a surprise. Yanks are kicking ass. So far, so good.

The Twins can't beat the Yankees. Unbelievable considering how beatable they were this year... Let me guess, Gardenhire is complaining to the umpires.

    Brian Duensing sucks!!!

At least get Sabathia to pitch twice, asshole. They've got nobody else. The Yankees are probably going to win it all now, based on the fact that the Twins suck.

Hope the Rays can keep their momentum going. Phillies look very tough to beat. Yankees rule!

Yankees played well against the Twins, but I am not yet convinced. Phillies are going to be very tough to beat. Nice job last night closing things out in the first round. If the Rays win this last game, they will have a ton of momentum going into the ALCS. Texas is a very good team, so they are not going to be easy, either. Lot of good teams left.

Hamels threw a great game last night and i think the phils have a great rotation, but i just don't think the yankees are as dominant as they were. But by no means would i count them out of anything.

Plus i think the phillies (and thier fans) would like another crack at them. As a real measuring stick to see if they are as good as they think they are.

No, they are in the mix for sure. Hamels was fantastic. Phillies have some great pitching. Pretty tough all-around. Might just be their year.

    Yankees in 7 (BOOOO!)

Phillies in 5. I only say five because I figure the Giants have got to win one, right?

Thanks for the confidence (even with the Boos). The way Cliff Lee is rolling, I'm a little worried. Even if we beat Texas, the Phillies loom. Gonna be a tough road to hoe. If we win this one, we'll have to earn it.

Am I the only one thinking the Giants are going to be tough for the Phillies? Halladay vs Lincecum is going to be awesome.....

Man, I hope you're right. Be fun to see a competitive series. I just think the Phillies are really on a roll.

Me too. They are playing very well. We finally won one last night. Might be the last one of the year if we can't continue to turn it around. Texas is just playing great right now.

They were talking about Yankees Starting to loosen up during that game, not being so uptight about the victory. Maybe the tide has changed. That said if they make it to game 7 Cliff Lee will be pitching.

Hope we at least make it to seven. Cliff Lee has been unstoppable. Maybe everyone should just bunt.

Well, this is going to be a good World Series either way.
