If this is true........ what a bitch. Sounds like a quitter to me. I guess if he's worried about being injured, he should have never entered MMA.

According to Dave Meltzer of Yahoo! Sports/Wrestling Observer, Brock is currently looking for an "exit strategy" from the UFC.
Meltzer said on his radio show that the fight with Velasquez has changed Brock's attitude on fighting and he is at the stage in his life where he doesn't want to get injured. He's very well off financially and the business man in him apparently knows that it may be time to move on.
Meltzer also mentioned that Brock hasn't trained a single day since the Velasquez fight nor he has returned any phone calls to Dana or Zuffa about upcoming matches.
Dave pointed out if Brock was motivated, he would be right back in the gym training and bringing in new coaches with the goal of beating Cain yet he isn't doing that. He's hunting and hasn't even thought about his next fight. Lesnar apparently wants to do WrestleMania "badly" and will earn an estimated 2 million dollars for 30 minutes of work.
Everything is pointing towards Brock having one more fight and ending his contract. His head doesn't seem to be in the fighting game and it looks like it was just yet another successful business move.

appears all that talk was taken out of context and too much read into something that was never actually stated by Brock.
I hope he comes back and will be beyond disappointed if he calls it quits, but I'm not gonna call him a btch. I mean just on his athletiscm alone he's managed to beat some of the biggest baddest men in the world. he met his match with Cain where his ability wasn't enough.
like his manager said, its not something he can fix in 6-8 weeks. He knows he's in for a huge commitment to get to where he needs to be to beat cain. If i was a millionaire... man hard to say getting my azz beat is worth it.

go where the money is . i mean if 30 minutes vs ass kicking like no other. i pick 30 minutes ..after all when is too much money enuf . just move the F out of hollywood and go where u wanna retire and live like a rich man and do book deals everynow and then or do a cologne lol

MMA is fucked up anyway. The guys get ripped off every time they step into the ring. It keeps going because someone will always work for less.

Sounds like a smart dude. Keep getting injured/fucked up in MMA vs doing wrestle mania for 30 minutes and earning 2 million dollars. Its a no brainer .

Ok this guy came in handled his business and took out the top HW he was the man when it came to that division. BUUUUT now everyone has seen his weakness, everyone has seen him turtle up and straight out refuse to fight back, everyone has seen him panic in the middle of getting hit, the guys embarrassed and wants out cause now that hes had one ass whippin he realizes what hes gotten into and wants OUT!!!!![]()

Id say hes a bitch for doing this. Why? Cuz I cant call him a fighter.
He KNEW what kind of money he was getting into when joining the UFC and he KNEW what training is required when joining MMA.
As of right now, I have not heard shit from Brock himself, so this isnt set in stone. But if he does quit before his last fight, yes hes a bitch. Biggest influence on that judgment? Hes saying this shit now after he lost the belt.

Love to see what some people on this forum would do for 2 million dollars.

everybody gets beat.. it how you come back that defines you
honestly let him bitch out. who the hell cares? he was never going to be champion again and we all knew it. let him go back to fake wrestling, and leave MMA to the real fighters. the guy is an amazing athletic talent. no doubt. but it takes more than that to hold onto a UFC belt. his weakness has been revealed. I'm only surprised it took so long to figure out.

nobody holds onto the belt forever. somebody is always gonna lose it. losing the belt doesn't make you a bitch or fake fighter. cains gonna get beat by someone else but there wont be a bunch of forums devoted to his lack of skill in one area or another.
i think people are being a little biased
brock won the belt. beat a lot of GREAT fighters fair and square. You'ld have to pay me more than what he to jump in a ring with cain velasquez too. Nobody likes getting there azz beat into a pulp
Either way, he's got plenty of money
his record is 5-2. he has yet to beat a lot of great fighters. he beat an aged Randy Couture to get the belt after only 2 UFC fights. a man he outweighed by like 900lbs. followed that up with a win against Frank Mir who hasn't looked like a top 10 heavy in about a year, and then barely made it out of the first round with a guy also missing an all around game. Then he lost the belt.
The reason people won't be talking about Cain's lack of skill in one area or another is that cain is an all around fighter. Cain is a true MMA guy who has developed that all around game. he doesn't rely on simply crazy genetics to fight as brock did. My problem with Brock is the fact that he was fast tracked to a shot against couture when he hadn't yet earned it.
Shit, you get your ass beat in any sport you'll say that sometimes. But, he literally got his ass beat!
The journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.

that guy cant fight, he is just big and can take a lot, hes one of those guys who will just sit on you..ha

I just saw a commercial for the new ultimate fighter , Hes one of the coaches right?
Also does any one else think Cains time with the belt will be short? I think Dos Santos looks tough, and when Carwin comes back If he gets his cardio right I think he has a good shot at beating him.
brock has no skills, he is todays tank abbott
hell, i bet tank in his prime would beat his ass

you know what, i don't think too many of the guys complaining in this thread would step into a mma ring. brock is some mother's son and as a momgood for him if he's tired of getting ground into meat. stepping into that ring is ballsy maybe even more ballsy when you're not the greatest fighter. look at that beat up sad face jeeze. leave him alone so he can count him money in peace... which is going to take him considerable longer than any of you haters.

have you ever watched him? the reason so many people hate him, is he is a pompous ass. he shouldnt be talking so much if he cant back it up. his mother should have taught him to be humble

hehe, yes pompous ass would make me like to see someone beat sorry to say. i know a few that need it. and no, i saw him wrestling and a thing on his injuries. i said speaking as a mom because i really don't follow mma so i don't know anything much about it except getting beat can't be fun and it must be hard to step into a ring pretty much knowing you're going to be hurt bad.
