Cause after the Bears showed they could make a comback with a futile ground attack, Steelers win Super Bowl XLV.

gonna have to ask you to back up why you think they are the better team. That's an awfully general statement.

Cripes, this could go either way. Should be a great game and I am looking forward to it, along with the ungodly amounts of beer and food I will consume during said game. I have a small Super Bowl party every year. Looking at 12 guests this year. Meatball grinders, nachos, chip and dip, wings.

I'm picking Green Bay to win 20-17. It's very hard to pick against Roethlisberger though since he always seems to win when he has to.

I got the Steelers winning 24-17, it should be a great game, but how can you pick against a proven winner in Big Ben.

Aaron Rodgers puts up great numbers, and Bens numbers are not as good, but Ben has the ability to make plays and extend plays and whether his stats show it or not, I have to put him as the number 2 QB in the league right behind Tom Brady.

He is 10-2 postseason, and he can and will get the job done in Dallas.

I'm gonna agree and rep you for making good points but one thing I don't agree with is the numbers comment. Ben threw for 500 on this same defense a year ago if you forgot. When did stats become important in this league? Ask Dan Marino Peyton Manning and Brett Favre about stats. They are machines when it comes to putting up numbers and stats. I dont count stats. I count rings. He who has more bling is king. Lombardi's Matter. Numbers don't.

Yeah, that was my point exactly, when people talk about the NFL's top QB, Ben is never mentioned in the top 5, I think they are looking at stats which are meaningless. If Ben had the same type of O-Line as Brady or Manning, he could and probably would stand in the pocket, throw 40 times a game and have those huge numbers.

Now if you would have not watched Sundays game, and looked at the stats the next day you would have thought they won that game in spite of Ben, but Ben is the reason they won that game. In the clutch with the game on the line, Ben throws for two first downs which won the Steelers that game.

Numbers are meaningless, and come the 6th Ben will have as many rings as Brady, and who else can say that in the league today, noone, not Manning not Brees, or any of the other QB's that are mentioned over Roethlisbeger.

I am not saying Mendenhall was not part of the victory, but when it was crunchtime, and the Jets had all the momentum, the team put the ball in Ben's hands and he dashed Rex Ryan's hopes.

The greatest moment in the NFL this year up to this point was seeing Ben throw to Brown on third down, and it showed that blowhard Ryan on the sideline taking off his headset and slamming it to the ground.

    Priceless.

In my opinion, the best QB's aren't defined by Stats and QB Ratings, the best QB's are the QB's that can perform in the clutch, and at 28 years old, Ben has a chance to win his 3rd Lombardi, and define himself as one of the best to ever play the game.

And I would say barring injury he has another 8-10 years in him, so by the end of his career, he very well could be the best to ever play the game.

I was a fan of the Steelers when they were " The Steel Curtain " . Believe it or not Terry Bradshaw was my favorite QB at that time . Franco Harris and the Vietnam vet Rocky Bleier were awsome ...so are the fans .
And the dude with the Goldfish in his platform shoes , well...that was then .

I Really like Ben but I am ready to see another team win . I want to see Big Ben get sacked , and that is very hard to do . I get fired up .. he always gets away .
    Go Pack !
