    Kettlebell training

    Who out there is using kettlbells as a tool to improve another sport?
    What exercises are you doing and how have the results been?

    this should have been a far more active thread. I've been curious about kettle bells my self. hopefully someone with some knowledge pipes up.

    expected to see all sorts of info on this. seems like it would certainly help secondary and supporting muscle strength

    you would actually be amazed at what results kbs can produce. As an RKC instructor I have seen first hand.

    I don't use them to help train for any sport in particular, but they are fantastic for keeping my stomach fat under control!

    i use em regularly in my routine for rock climbing, kayaking, and pretty much everything else lol they r a great tool for cardio nothing else hits u harder or faster if u r in a time crunch

    What are kettlebells? they sound adorable. Are they weights shaped like kettles or bells? sorry, never heard of it before!

    never done it myself, but I've seen other guys working with them. Not sure how well they work, but definitely been curious about it

    Find a local instructor and get a intro class with them. You could find they help your squats, deadlifts, jumping, or just overall conditioning depending on what you want. Let me know and I can try a point you in the right direction.
