I love the World Cup, and various tournaments. Used to play when I was a teen, takes a lot of stamina to play a full game.

Baseball is only boring for people who don't understand or appreciate what they are watching. Hitting at the major league level is the most difficult thing to do consistently well in all of sports. Baseball and football will always be the favorites in the U.S. Not a soccer fan, but I do appreciate the athleticism it takes to compete at the highest level.

whats to understand? baseball is the only sport that you can do your job right 3 out of 10 times and have a 300 batting average and your considered a quality player...even if hitting a baseball is difficult, these guys do this as their job and they still are not good at it...it's boring to watch because it's pitch....kick the dirt, pitch, kick the dirt....it's like watching paint dry...they barely run and dont' break a sweat from athletic moves or ability

Don't watch then. There are millions of fans out there who appreciate the artistry and athleticism of Major League Baseball. Your arguments are a perfect example of someone who does not appreciate the game because you have no idea what you are watching.

there is no atheleticism in baseball, if you like it, then fine, but to say these guys are athletes is alittle crazy, i played baseball throughout high school, i enjoy playing, but these guys are no more athletic than an average golfer....i'm just being realistic here

well imo baseball is not that fun...unless you are batting..but even so there is no comparison to football soccer..not even American soccer.

Soccer is the most popular, viewed, multi-billionaire sport in the world.

Sports History say's that Americans could never dominate, driblle the ball with their feet because it takes a lot of year of practice and that's why they came out with a simplier sport ..American Football. I'm not been bias since I'm an American too..

The athletic talent required to play soccer on the highest levels is remarkable. There is no need to denigrate football as a "simpler sport" just because you don't care for it. I played football in college, and it paid for my education. Believe me, football at a high level is a full-time job, and very complex. Besides, you live in Texas, which treats football as a kind of religion, so you must be surrounded by many football fans, and understand that you are in the vast minority as a soccer fan in the U.S. Glad you get pleasure from watching soccer, but it just bores me to tears. Just my opinion, nothing more. I find Football, Baseball and Hockey to be highly entertaining. Different strokes I guess.
