I saw the first quarter and fell asleep. I guess I saw the exciting part of the game.

it never got much better, although PB did allow TB to get a touchdown, I think it was out of pity though.

This upcoming weekend will be a great NFL weekend!! Something like 22 teams are still in the playoff hunt going into the final game.

I turned it on just as the Pitt kicker hit the FG to make it 17-0. When I saw that it was still the 1st quarter, I settled in for a high-scoring game. After a couple of exchanges of punts, I decided sleep was a better option. Good choice as it turned out. Now if the Giants can upset the Eagles, the Packers have a shot at home field advantage throughout the playoffs.

Come on seyone, we're gonna have to work on that positive attitude of yours. We NEVER back down to some stinkin' cheesehead. Besides, Green Bay's gonna get waxed by the Jets.

Against the Eagle's defense he'll never get the chance to get in that groove.

Think there'll be some TV watching by the players this weekend?

The Eagles get first shot on Saturday. Win and they lock up home field advantage throughout, but if they falter, the Packers can grab the home field with a win in a late afternoon Sunday game.

Even if the Eagles win, the Packers need a win to avoid another trip to Tampa. And Tampa Bay will know their chances when their game starts at night. I think that Tampa Bay has lost all their cold weather playoff games, but if both the Eagles and Pack win, Tampa will be on the road again.

What can't it? The Giants are at home and will be playing for their lives. I think it'll be a tough, low scoring game.

Well, Baboon, you hit that nail right on the head.

Now that the Packers have had the Steelers and Giants come through for them, it's time to take care of the Jets and get home field advantage throughout the playoffs.

Yup, you took care of the Jets about as well as the Eagles took care of the Giants. Let's hope Any Reid has his egg laying out of his system for the rest of the year. That was the single most disgusting game I can remember seeing. The Giants tried to hand them the game, even the officials tried to hand them the game but they just wouldn't take it. It looked like the Eagles WANTED to lose. I hate Andy Reid! I hate him, I hate him, I hate him!!! Coach of the year my ass, the defensive coordinater, Jim Johnson, deserves more credit for the Eagles winning than Andy Reid.

At least the Eagles put up some resistance. The Packers flat out stunk. With the exception of one late first half drive for a TD, the offense was virtually non-existant. And their swiss cheese defense was worse. he Packers looked more like the Cincinnati Bungals playing out the string rather than a team shooting for home field advantage.

My only consolation is the fact that the Packers' loss meant the end of the Patriots season. Now I don't have to listen to the Pat's fans chirp all winter.
