Is it too late for me to Wrestle

I am almost 22 and I want to try Greco-Roman Wrestling at an adult wrestling club. I have no prior experience. Am I shit out of luck?

You're only shit out of luck if your goal is to become an Olympian. Otherwise, why not?

No reason not to do it. With consistent training and hard work, you'll be a better wrestler than 90% of the people out there. You may not be winning any major competitions, though. It all depends on your goal, everyone starts somewhere.

Your diet will set you free.

I hate exercise, I love training.
