Roger Goodell is full of shit. Safety first? This from the guy who wanted to extend the season to 18 games. Put your money where your mouth is and take care of all the former players with crippling injuries. Too many guys out there losing the will to live because of the massive damage done due to multiple-concussion syndrome. Protecting the money players (quarterbacks) does not solve the problem. The league is safer, but safety is hardly their first priority, making money will always come first.
