    Terrell Owens: asset or asshole??

whatch'all NFL fans out there think about Owen's verbal actions as of late. Do you think he is just too egotistical or he really wants to win and is trying to get the team into it?? He is a free agent next year and there is talk that we won't see him in a niners uniform next year, would you keep him or let him go if you were the GM? I personally love the guy, IMO in the top 3 wide outs in the league the last few years (Harrison and Moss) and I think he is right, they should give him the ball more often to win, the guy makes big plays, period. Opinions?

has he been running his mouth and shouting at the OC again???
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.

he's both an asset and an asshole.

He makes plays but he's not qualified to hold Randy Moss or Marvin Harrison's jock.

I think on a better team he would be, no doubt Harrison is dope as fuck but he does has Manning throwing the ball to him. I think that the way Moss is playing right now he is the most dangerous player in the league (besides Dante Hall), but Owens can make it happen, dude has got mad game, given a better opportunity I think he could be right up there! He does have an ego on him tho

any type of coach offence/defence/special teams etc, is still a coach, you're suppose to RESPECT them regaurdless of who you are, what you make or if your an asset. IMHO Mr Owens is a cry baby and needed his ass kicked.

i think TO is one of the best players to ever play his position and he has the potential to be a great receiver. But his mouth will always keep him down. Players like him, Keyshawn and Denvers Sharpe talk too much. They should just play...take a cue from the ones that have been around for a long time and have the great reputations...Rice, Tim Brown, Marvin Harrison, etc...They speak with their actions, not so much with their mouths...
While watching my Seahawks beat the niners last night it was like the "TO SHOW". It seemed as though after every play, whether the niners offense was on field or not it didn't matter, they would show TO. I was so tired of his face by the end of the game. I didn't want to hear another comment on how he and jeff didn't speak for a week, oh my god, say it ain't so...no worries, their ok now...
The hawks were 3-1 and all week long all you heard about was how TO was going to act, was he going to be packing a sharpie...sometimes, the hype, isn't worth it.
Congratulations Seahawks, at least your own fans can say you are playing well this season, even if the media is ignoring you.

I don't think the media is ignoring them, I watch espn al day and everyshow, NFL primetime, MFL matchup, sportscenter, you name it, the Hawks are getting love. They wereON ESPN last night for gods sake. its their spot light to lose, the only bigger story this year is the Chiefs and Panthers.
