Talking Eagles Fans

Come on folks we're on a winning streak, where's all the whooping and hollering? How about James Thrash? Looking like a good investment so far. How about Deuce Staley? Looking kind of fragile so far. Keeping my fingers crossed and looking forward to spanking the Cowgirls next week.

Rules? You mean we have RULES for that???

You know, being a Philly sports fan these days must be nice. All four of your major teams are kicking some butt. Well, maybe not the Flyers so much, but they have a good season to look forward to.

Actually the Flyers are the team I'm putting most of my hopes into. If their goaltending can hold up I think they've get a great shot at going all the way. You're right about looking forward to all the seasons, I just hope I don't end up feeling like a BoSox fan.

damn, those eagles tonight unreal. I actually got a little scared early on but they totally dominated the weak cowgirls.
as for the flyers, most "experts" are predicting they will win the east. they really do look strong. Roman Cechmanek needs to be strong like last year and they have a really good shot.

Ditto. I sure hope he doesn't fall into the sophomore jinx. I don't think that will get him though, he's not a true sophomore after his years in Europe.

WOW, I love watching the cowboys get spanked, especially by the Eagles. Next week SHOULD be a good one too going against the Cardinals. It's the Giants that will be the true test. Did you hear the stat last night, the Eagles haven't beaten the Giants in the last NINE meetings? Holy Cow!!! The Birds need to get over that and start kicking butt.

cechmanek, can't do what boucher did last year. I agree that he probably won't because he is so experienced. I actually think Boucher is going to be good backing him up this year, we'll see.

I'm not too worried about the Cards either. In the past the Giants have definitely had the Eagles number, hopefully they can end that chapter.

Gotta love the cheerleaders though.

Rod Smart??? Why? If anything we need to shore up the running back situation. Did you see how pathetic it was Sunday? I usually blame that on the offensive line, but still. If Barry Sanders could be the best in history behind such a weak line you'd think the Eagles could have a 100 per game rusher behind the likes of John Runyon.

The Eagles signed Smart to the practice squad. He'll never see any PT. I'd like to see us run the ball against the Crapnals. Our OL needs the reps to improve on its run blocking. The crudnal DL is pathetic. We should take advantage of it. How bout those two nice grabs by Pinky. He may be turning into a player. Gotta get back to the Phil's game, we're down 4-1, dammit!
