    you should be happy, he's a much better pitcher than contreras IMO.. damm yankees

    Neither...you are getting the same type of a pitcher. Mediocre! Contreras has amazing stuff that never materialized. This trade is only going to work if both pitchers do well. Loaiza's pitch is the cutter. If Rivera can tutor him, it may work out. Otherwise, he is average at best. Loaiza had one good season and that's it. We'll see how things play out. As a Yankee fan, I would be much more concerned with the bullpen. Your three primary guys out of the pen are 1,2,3 in appearances. Hopefully they dont get tired.

    Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!! Who would want a pitcher that seemingly tipped his pitches at a major league level????? NO ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! except for the White Sox. Hopefully he career takes a turn for the best because his stuff his phenomenal.
