yeah, better for all parties. I can't wait to see how he reacts to what his market value is going to be next year after all of this shit.

It was announced today at 3:00Pm. He will be suspended for 4 games then benched the last 5. It kinda sucks to see such a talent go. Philly never had a super star like that before. To bad he was a pretentious prick.

TO is going to come out of this just fine. look at keyshaun johnson who had the same thing happen to him with the bucs. he found a team no problem and he doesnt have the skills of TO. plus it is looking like they may not have a sallary cap next year so you can bet some owner is going to pay big bucks on the TO spending spree. lets not forget who TO's agent is. the guy is notorius for getting top dollar for his clients. Philly is the loser on this whole thing guaranteed. if they trade him they wont get equal value and if they release him they get nothing. by the way nothing TO said is false, it is just an opinion. i agree brett favre is a better qb than donavan mcnabb. mcnabb isnt a miracle qb or anything. remember how he has never come close to 60% completion pct without TO? i dont care how many soup commercials he has been in. thats right philly should cash it in because they are not going to make the playoffs and are going to win just enough games not to get a great pick in the draft. i hope the denver broncos sign him. shanahan will be able to handle him just fine. TO never let his off field drama (which he creates) effect his on field play and that is all that matters in this game. screw whatever the press says.
It's too bad, like Bio said, that he'll come out ok, b/c TO may be the biggest dick of all time.
Who cares how good he is. It wasn't him that got to 4 straight NFC championships, it was Donovan and their D.
You're a funny guy, Sully, I like you. Dat's why I'm going to kill you lahst.

and keyshaun didnt have a bad rep from the jets? how quickley as fans we forget. keyshaun had difficulties with 2 teams as well. now he is back with his first coach who clashed with him to begin his carreer. dont we remember his book? GIVE ME THE DAMN BALL. (even though they clashed they still had respect for each others abilities) , TO is not the best PR guy for your team (not by a long shot) but he will catch the ball for you. right now every nfc east team is jumping for joy (washington was last night) that TO is no longer suiting up for the eagles. despite everything he makes them a better team. i dont care what donavan says.
I think TO will be stuck playing for teams that will only give him single season contracts with incentives for when he performs well for the rest of his carreer. I can't see anyone putting up with that asshole again.

Yes I agree. I can't imagine a team signing him for more then a year. I wish he would never play in the NFL again but that won't happen. Denver would be a great team for T.O.Originally Posted by P-funk

It would've been great if philly put him on waivers so the pack could've picked him up. Now that it looks like they have a decent run game with Gado their pass game would've improved greatly. McNabb got to the championship but he could never win the big game. McNabb is garbage.

Rules? You mean we have RULES for that???
There will always be an owner with an ego (wants to win) bigger than his conscience (wants to do what is right), who will want to win at whatever cost, so there will always be a team for the dicks of the world to play on. They'll rationalize it by saying the jerk will fit in on *my* team.Originally Posted by Tough Old Man

the Raiders will not take Owens...Moss and Owens can't coexist on the same team..even Moss said so on ESPN today...

shanahan has a history for taking risks. look at maurice clarret. and shanahan is smart enough to structure the contract to not loose anything if things go wrong. look at the 2 year trial period he had with jake plummers contract.
True, but McNabb can singlehandedly LOSE a football game. He's proven it three games in a row.Originally Posted by Flex
