First of all, KG didn't even throw the ball all that hard. He tossed it. Second, you've got be a huge pussy if you can't handle a little shot to the face. The guy wasn't bleeding or anything. I've gotten hit in the face with a slapshot playing hockey and didn't miss a shift. What a frikkin wuss.

Still, KG should not have thrown the ball like that and no doubt the terrible injured, maimed, and permanently disabled fan will sue.

if he tries so sue, he will be jeopordizing his own safety by angering fans

whatever money he gets would most likely be taken right back through damages to his house and cars

thats if he stupid enough to sue garnet. if he really was injured, and has medical evidence (that was taken right after the hit) of an injury, and other reasons, then maybe he has a case.

i saw the replay though and yeah, it was a toss into the stands (so it seemed)... the stretcher taking him out was a joke... precautions are precautions, but insanity also has its place in this situation

Here is my solution for fixing all this bullshit.

If you sue someone in a cival court and are seeking money for damages, then if you lose the case, you pay the defendant 25% of the amount you were sueing for plus his court costs. That would put an end to a lot of the frivoulous lawsuits out there.

Oh yeah, you have to front the money, by way of a bank loan if necessary.

This way the courts could focus on trying criminals instead of stupid, weak people that don't want to be accountable for their own actions.
