I reckon France will have the best chance to win. The country I would most like to see do well is England. But seem they're in a tough pool I'm not getting to hopeful

I am surprised to see how unpopular is soccer(footbal in Europe) on this site where the majority preffer NHL and Basketball.
As former porfessional soccer player and a big fan of soccer in general and World CUp in special , I have to go with Argentina or Brasil. I dont see France going too far! |

Argentina will win.
Portugal will also do really well. Poland will be the Dark horse. |

Well portugal were hammered by the US today.
I don't see Argentina winning it though. Or France. My moolah is on Italy. |

I'd like to see soccer become more popular in the U.S. I will admit, I am not the biggest fan myself, but I am sure I'd hop on the bandwagon if there was more exposure. But every four years, this tournament brings the world together for a few weeks. It'd be nice to see the U.S. show some damn enthusiasm. |

I've had my eye on Eddie Pope for a while - as far as his playing skills go at least. Does he play at an american club or is he in Europe yet? |
