    Lance Armstrong in NYC Marathon

He just finished the race - went 2:59:35. I'm pretty impressed with the effort and results from watching him run. His face in the last few miles looked just like he used to during a mountain stage in the TDF.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

He finished in th top 20% at 861st place. A little back from the top 100 where I'da thought he'd a placed. WHo was it said something about "specifity of training"? I'm still a Lance fan.

It was amazing though during the race - talk about outside assistance. He had pacers running in front of him, people bringing him water and other liquids during the race so he never had to slow down, etc. Must be nice.
