Former boxer Mike Tyson arrested in Arizona

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson was arrested and charged with driving under the influence in Arizona, police said on Friday.
"He has been charged with DUI (driving under the influence) and booked into the 4th Avenue Jail in Phoenix," said a spokeswoman for the Buckeye Police Department, adding that Tyson was due to appear in court later on Friday.
Tyson was arrested in Scottsdale, 10 miles east of Phoenix, Arizona, at around 1:30 a.m., she said.
I saw on ESPN that he was charged with possesion of cocaine as well.

yea, the news out here reported that there was a white powder substance in his car and he admitted that it was drugs and that he has a drug problem. This guy is a total train wreck.

I kinda think he's seem a little more sane, or controlled. In years past, there probably would have been a confrontation during that stop. According to the officer's report, he complied with all commands and was very respectful.
I haven't been able to find what his BAC was, but I can't say I've never been behind the wheel with a few in me. As for the coke, we all have our vices, some people just get caught.
