My Picks for this weekend's Playoff Games

    Hi everyone.

As I promised you earlier this week, here are my picks for this weekends NFL divisional playoffs.

    AFC.
    New Engalnd at San Diego.

The Patriots have too much experience in the postseason. Tom Brady has only lost one game in 12 playoff starts. Philip Rivers has had a great season, but he will crack under pressure in his first playoff game. Even though SD has L.T. on offense and a great defense, the X-factor will be Rivers. Look for Coach Belicheck to use different defense schemes to confuse him.

    Pats win 31-28

    Indianapolis at Baltimore.
The Ravens defense has been talking trash all week. Even though their defense is ranked #1, they'll have their hands full with the Colts explosive offense. If the Indy D can play the way they did against KC, they can win this game. Peyton Manning must play better.

My Colts, in a upset 34-21

    NFC.
    Seattle at Chicago
The Seahawks are lucky to be here after Tony Romo's blunder in last week's game. The Bears are fresh and healthy on both sides of the ball. Seattle is too banged up right now. Rex Grossman must show up in order for the Bears offense to be productive.

    Chicago wins 27-10

    Philadelphia at New Orleans
The Eagles are red hot, winning their last 6 games after losing McNabb for the season. The Saints are coming a suprising season, finishing 10-6 and winning the NFC South. Jeff Garcia is playing well, and figures to do that againts an inconsistent Saints D. Look for the Eagles to try to blitz Drew Brees. Also, if the Eagles can shut down Reggie Bush, Deuce McAllister and the rest of Saints offense, Philly has a shot.

Eagles overcome the crowd noise in the Superdome ( and some voodoo), and win it 35-27.

I think if the Colts can come up with a way to stop LJ, the Pats can find a way to stop LT. I think the game rests on Phillip Rivers. I don't think bend but don't break will be enough this weekend, I got the Chargers in that one.

Colts beat Ravens, don't think Ravens O will keep up with Manning, and him changing it up at the line will be too much for the Bears' defense.

Seahawks beat the crap out of Grossman

Eagles in a squeaker past the Saints.

The gayest thing in football is the way the Pats invent disrespect from other teams.

I agree with all except your NE pick. I think it will be close, but I think SD will win.

Agreed. But it has to be frustrating to be the man and watch those clowns piss away your Super Bowl chance.

I agree. LT certainly did his part to help San Diego. I think it all boils down to coaching and playoff experience. San Diego's mistakes clearly showed how inexperienced they are in the playoffs. The Pats didn't and do not make those mistakes.

I couldn't believe the 15 Yd. Personal foul that gave the Pats the 1st down. Or Marty blowing timeouts on that awful challenge and then another one a few minutes later. The muffed punt. Not running the ball with LT enough. It's like they didn't even want to win.

Funny...the Pats had some stupid penalties last week, but managed not to be fucking idiots when it mattered in this game. Gotta love it.

I can't watch Sportscenter this morning, every other word is Tom or Brady. How about giving some credit to the rest of the team, like Troy Brown who bailed their asses out on the pick, or that game is over.
