I was offended.

It was a bit immature especially when he says he studies from Tomlinson who is a class act. Plus you shouldn't taunt when your down, it gives the other team even more to play for. I think he'll learn from that mistake.

I read in the papers the Bears were pissed off big time, which motivated them even more.
I think it's crap myself.

So what happened? He ran into the endzone and did a front flip or something? Video?

It didn't bother me.

I think it was fine he almost got tagged with a beer after that

He made a nice run but before he got to the end zone he pointed towards a Bear ( I forget his name) then does a flip to the end zone.

So he turned to the seven Bears who were panting in his wake and pointed a finger. That is correct. The boys are fired up and ready for next year with NO. The flip was neat but the taunting was rude especially to Urlacher on his home turf.

I didn't see what the big deal was. It happens pretty much every week.

if i ran all that way, i would do a flip too. guys do it all the time in college. who gives a shit? someone needs to tell urlacher to lay of the roids. his forehead and hands look like they are growing at an astronomical pace. couple more years of this and he will look like cro-mangnan man.

The media as usual is making a bigger deal out of it then anything, just like the Bellichek thing.

I dont know why everyone is making a mess out of it. he was happy, however, I have heard that when you are in the end zone, act like you've been there before.

i think it was a dumb move on bushs side he should have just gave the ball to the reff and jogged back to the sideline.

Agreed. The dive into the endzone was no worse than some of TO's or Joe Horn's antics. The turning and pointing was uncalled for, though.

It was a good run and he probably had adrenaline pumping and just felt good.I don't think it was a big deal.

Bush Fined $5,000 for Taunting After TD

MIAMI - Reggie Bush was fined $5,000 by the NFL for taunting during his 88-yard touchdown reception in New Orleans' NFC championship game loss at Chicago last week.

Although the rookie running was not penalized for pointing back at Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher or for somersaulting into the end zone, he subsequently received the league's standard punishment for taunting.

NFL spokesman Greg Aiello confirmed the fine Sunday.

Bush, the 2005 Heisman Trophy winner and second pick in last year's draft, caught a short pass from Drew Brees on the left sideline. He sped downfield, cut back near midfield and was several steps ahead of Urlacher when Bush turned and pointed at the Bears star. He then did his front flip into the end zone, making the score 16-14.

The Bears won 39-14 to reach the Super Bowl.

All it did was piss of the Bears. I don't think he should have been fined, karma got him good.
