The one thing i've noticed with pro wrestling is that in the WWE for example, when they put on an armbar submission they have it on for about six whole minutes and theyre tugging on it and their opponant is writhing in pain and all that.

If you've ever had a submission done on you properly then you sure as hell aint gonna last six minutes unless you want your arm ripped off.

I have and no way anyone is going to last like that. This is why I do not understand why people watch that stuff. It sucks. But hey, these guys make a bunch of money so okay fine, whatever.

In the short time i did martial arts training (kung fu to be exact) i learnt the hard way, haha.
Nothing like having your arm bent around your body in front of the entire group while the Sifu asks you "How does that feel, now that you know how to do it properly?".
Haha, good times. Good, painful, times.
But yeah, i mean...WWE can be entertaining, and i did used to watch it years ago, but the "fighting" can be a little tedious. Especially when you know that most of this stuff is choreographed.
I think if you watch it and treat it like a movie you're fine, but if you actually want to see some good combat go watch UFC or Pride or something.
