I haven't been following any MMA, was this clown supposed to be a new bigshot in UFC?

This guy is a well known underground bareknuckle fighter. He is pretty tough, spent a quite a few years behind the bars, the only time he was defeated was (ironically) by a Vermon police officer named Shawn Gannon. Because of his strength and robustness he put together a pretty good winning streak underground and now he wants to take on the pros. I can definately see Fedor take this guy apart, he seems very unsure on the ground.
