I chose a 4 minute mile this time... why? because I have achilles tendon issues that are inhibiting my ability to run.

I suppose I was "fantasizing"... It's not like I can't run, but to be at full strength and then some, that would be great.

Oh, I know, I did it in last year during an Alumni Basketball tourny at my old highschool. Every year we play in the Alumni Tourny, it's actually quite cool. Hopefully I'm in good shape for this years tourny...

heh, I know all about that too. The years of basketball have certainly caught up to me.
I played a lot of volleyball as well, which destroyed my ankles on a few occasions.
It's all good, with almost any sport comes injury...

I can do NONE of these things. My stats:

I can drive a golf ball about 250 yards on a good day.
My fastball is probably in the 75 MPH range.
I can probably kick a 35 to 40 yard field goal.
Dunk a basketball? No chance.
My one-mile run clocks in between 6 and 7 minutes.
My benchpress stands at 225 right now.

Too young to golf, too old for ball, too big to run that fast, guess the bench press will have to do.

I think I could do a 4 min mile, I've never tried it but I've done a 6 mile run in under 40 min.

Cool
