i dont think either the redskins or eagles could say anything about romo at this point when both of them have mediocre qb's and romo has put the hurt on them this season

It's hard to compare Romo with Manning or Brady because he's still new to the game. These two guys have great track records. Romo may be having an awesome season, but what will he do next year? And the year after? He still needs to prove himself. But I think he's the best the Cowboys have had in a long time.

Romo has certainly been impressive, a lot better than I would have thought. You gotta have more than 1 good year under your belt and a playoff loss that essentially belongs on your shoulders to compare to those 2 and Favre.

If sense were common, everyone would have it.

Agreed. The guy is having a good year. Lets talk about him in 3 years. Then we can start comparing him to Brady and Manning. Lets not forget the dude has great receivers and not to mention a pretty good offense all around.

I agree, but right now I would say only Manning and Brady are playing better than Romo. What you have done in your career has no bearing on how well you are playing today. Romo is doing much better than I thought he would.

He still has a long way to go though before he can be measured against Manning and Brady. Check back in 5-7 years.

Agreed, but it's a distant third...Hell, it's a distant second.

In his fairness... he was probably tapping that ass all night, and was tired.

It isn't like they haven't already clinched a first round bye.

Terrell Owens says sorry Jess, it was only a joke

Quote:
"Right now, Jessica Simpson is not a fan favorite in this locker room,"Owens had said. "I think with everything that happened, and obviously the way Tony played ... I think a lot of people feel like she's kind of taken his focus away."

You can say the same for Brady because he's been doing it for years with guys like Reche Caldwell and Troy Brown sometimes being his best receivers and Antwain Smith at RB.

Top 3: Manning, Brady, Favre

I wouldn't say no run game.... considering there key running back got injured at the beginning of the season, Grant has really stepped up.

Grant has one of the best run statistics in the last 5 weeks. But yeah a lot of the young receivers have found the way to hold on to a pass this year. it has really helped.

Romo has played great since his first game against Carolina last year. He has potential. I think the key is keeping him a good O line and recievers.
