ESPN - Sources: Cards agree to trade that would send Rolen to Blue Jays for Glaus - MLB

HOORAY! Troy Glaus seemed to hurt the Red Sox a lot the last couple years. Not as much as Vernon Wells though...that fucknut.

Yeah I saw that on my flight today.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

It is actually a good deal for the Jays.

Glaus and his leg problems, would be a constant headache with the turf field.

True, but Rolen is being paid $12 million for an extra year. Thoughts?

Glaus' contract was for the same dollar value. One year isn't a huge deal, just gotta hope the injury doesn't persist even though it has been 2 surgeries over the past 2 years.

Comparable bat, but a gold glover. I won't complain.

The Jays have a good enough line-up to compete, I like the move too. Still though, these were two superstars five years ago.

Yeah they just need consistency

Two years ago there bats were dominant and there pitching sucked balls.

Last year there pitching stood on there head, and the bats fell asleep.

That and some key injuries.

But that is baseball.
