So one of my co-workers took a bet that the Patriots will not win with a 14 point spread. I think it's going to be my a touchdown or less!

    I think it's 13.5.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I could care less what some asshole in Vegas puts as a spread. As long as the Patriots lose, I am happy. I'm not a Giants fan; that's for sure. But I am tired of ESPN riding the Patriots' dick 24/7. You know the NFL doesn't want NE to lose.
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.

I think they want to see history matched and compared to the Dolphins undefeated season/superbowl.

    More things to gloat upon.

I think they'll win but again, not by that margin.

I wonder what Brady's facial expression will be if the Giants have the lead and there is only 4 mins left in the game and Giant's have possession.

The Patriots are going to destroy the Giants. Half of the roster for the Patriots have been in the superbowl before and Belichick is a mastermind. He has two weeks to prepare and he already knows how the Giants play from when they played each other in week 17.

Eli will choke once they are down by more than 10 points early in the game and Coughlin will make stupid mistakes as a coach once he panics.

    Patriots 38-16

I think the Giants will put up a more interesting game than either San Diego or Jaxsonville did, I wouldn't count them out yet.

When was the last time the Patriots beat the spread? It didn't happen yesterday, it didn't happen against the Jags, it didn't happen against the Giants in week 17, it didn't happen week 16 against the Dolphins... The Jets in week 15?

If only he had a personalty he would be loved by all, he is one hell of a coach.
Loved him when he coached the Giants/Jets defensive teams....he made them better.

    To boot. Not to boot.
In a late-breaking development on the all-important subject of Tom Brady’s foot, it appears that perhaps things aren’t as concerning as they once might have been for Pats fans.
Page Six.com has photos on its site of the Patriots quarterback hitting the club scene last night – sans cast on his ankle.

Glad he's out partying in clubs. Don't that have rules against that, mind you, for the next two weeks???

I hear the Giants merchandise is booming off the walls (at least in SFLA)... more than the Patriots.

They say it's because the Giant's aren't in this position this much...
They say that this could be the big upset over the Patriots.....
They say that the Giant's defense is going to prevail over the offense and Moss will not be much of a factor....
They say that the Giant's have more of the passion, more driven and more heart, therefore, upset the odds and become victorious!

    Interesting....

    Interesting....
They may have more passion but they don't have the experience the Pats have, the Pats are just too good of a team to lose. They have yet to lose a game.
Moss is Moss, Brady will find a way to get him the ball.

What really amazes me the most is that they did this without Tiki Barber and for the last few games Shockey.

    Interesting....
Actually, it's called the bandwagon effect, and it's happening here as well.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I really don't mind Eli anymore, but what he did to the Chargers back in the draft was ridiculous. I guess it worked out for both teams, but still, what a selfish move.

I respect that, I just happen to think a lot of it had to do with his father.

I mean, it's not like Indianapolis is this amazing market, I think if Eli came before Peyton, Peyton would have done the same thing..

Some people like rooting for the underdogs, the Patriots are a Dynasty and a lot of people get tired of that.

I should know, I am a Yankee fan.
