Big Disel out, matrix In
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com There has been some serious talk between the Heat and Suns about sending Shaq for Shawn marion and marcus banks. Hope this happens, can't wait to see marion paired up with Wade.

Not a chance.
Shaq is an albatross of a contract. He's a franchise crippler. Not to mention, the reason the Suns have been effective over the last five years is because D'Antoni has had the right players in his "run and gun" style of offense. Once again, "run and gun," not "hobble down the court and gun." There is a slim chance with every body counting out Shaq he'll be as motivated as he's ever been, I just don't think motivation matters when your knees, hips and everything else are comparable to my 85 year old grandmothers. |

It's truly mind boggling.
Not to mention, how does a guy who hasn't played in a month and isn't likely to play for another month due to his hip problems pass a physical? |

It's not just the hip problem, he's lazy at times.....but then again he is a big old guy.

He gave up on this Miami team.
P-Funk, talk about a piece of shit. Shaq did the exact same thing to the Heat that Moss did to the Raiders, except Moss wasn't taking up more than a third of the payroll in a league where money is everything. Randy Moss > Shaquille O'Neal ![]() |

Ya never know.... sometimes a trade can rejevunate a player especially, Shaq. I wouldn't be surprise if he elevates his game more because of this. However, he better get in better shape to run with the Suns.... not that they expect him to be a wing on a fast break! LOL!! The Suns, if they get better shooting with in/out plays that Shaq normally creates... I think Nash is going to be a bigger scorer. Raja better IMPROVE. Screw Diaw. They should trade his ass.
As for Miami, they'll again, be alright but I can't see Marion any better than Walker except be more active/defensive minded that Walker ever was. Miami will become a better team in a year or two granted that Wade stays healthy/injury free. But, he can't carry this whole team. Maybe, lose Jason Williams, another guy and cash for Jason Kidd or Cassell? ![]() |

Shawn Marion is the number one fantasy player in basketball right now.
He now has nothing to play for but his next contract. He'll be fantastic IMO. |

Hey, I hope Shaq helps out as much as the next guy, but as far as I'm concerned the last two years (motivation or not) watching him play is an indicator.

Banks never panned out in Boston, nor did he in Phoenix, but I'm pretty sure he can be a viable back-up point guard for a long time in this league. Good role player, if he can learn to play in that role.

shaq is fucking lazy.......period. He only plays with heart in the playoffs. He even admitted to this (not in those words but he meant it). shaq will be good in the playoffs when the pace slows down (especially with the suns shooters), but im curious to see him run with the suns in there next couple of games.

what terrible trade. the media is having a field day with this one.
Shaq is a slow fuck. He wont be able to run with that offense. |

That is true, however, when Phoenix is not using that type of offense and their going against a team that is half court style, then, this should give the Suns a good defensive unit. Shaq and Amare down in the blocks? If you get by Amare then, you have Shaq to deal with (or, run into). As for offense when Shaq's in the lineup, the 3 three bombers (Nash, Barbosa, Diaw-Bell) better nail their shots down! No excuses!
