Even though Favre' word means nothing to anyone with a brain anymore, I sure hope he is telling the truth, so that he goes out having been the reason his team didn't make it to the Super Bowl.

Yeah, like they would have been anywhere near a super bowl without him you're right.

They would have beat Dallas in the Regular season if Rodgers was playing the whole game

It is now a Rodgers era.

I keep telling you no, even though you keep begging for it. I wish you would listen.

"$500 million if Favre plays for all 10 years, wins another MVP, wins a Super Bowl, and changes the spelling of his last name to Farve, which, from a pronunciation standpoint, would just make more sense."

LOL at the bolded part. Remember the end of Something About Mary, when Brett Favre comes in and the guy is like "Oh shit, your Brett Fav-rah"

Isnt kinda selfish making his decision after the free agent period was over.

I think he wanted Green Bay to go after Moss, since the Pats resigned him, ol Brett said screw it.
Anyway, he is a great qb, although he's due to retire. I think it'd just be downhill for him if he came back again.

I think it was a good time for him to retire. He was amazing to watch, I have no idea how he didn't have 900 interceptions, but he got the job done and played day in and out. Plus his wife is hot so he should spend the rest of his days banging her.

If sense were common, everyone would have it.
