Well it's been 3 days now and I just wanted to say this stuff is really potent. My entire body is tightening up and I feel real good right now. Only drawback is that the Gen-Shi winny is waterbased, my first shot in the quad is just starting to not kill me. I switched to drinking it... It is the only gear I have tried that after the first shot I said not again... But drinking it tastes like ass but works just fine.

Well, I'm just over a week into the winny and things are going nicely. I've dropped from 12% BF down to 10% but maintained the same weight, woohoo! Strength is up no joint pain energy is still high.
