Currently on cycle of just test e at 500mg/week
When everything arrives i am going to up the test e so the cycle will look like this

plan to run test e for another week in hopes that shipping is super fast and that would make a 9 week on for the deca and var. if not it will be an 8 week cycle.
for ai i have adex which i will start taking at 12.5mg eod also have some letro on the side cause you never know.
for diet i am currently carb backloading and will continue this throughout
as far as pct i have clomid which i will run 100/75/50/50
hoping for a awesome cycle, this is a prequel to my 16 week cycle i have planned out for a little after summer. Depending on the review for this run S4Y might be getting a lot of my paycheck shortly.
Quick update, deca is giving me some serious cramps, curled over in pain from an ab cramp during my deadlift session last night. Going too add some taurine in there.

Cutting, and yes I am watching very closely for any signs, I had slight tenderness in the nipple so upped adex to .5mg eod. Tenderness went away, the only thing I notice now is bloating but I do think it is more from the carb backloading. In the morning I can weigh all the way up to 214 and by mid day I ease back down to 208. Bf is dropping slowly and consistently though. I should be around 12-13%. At the end of the cycle. The during pct and a month after I am going to cut down to <10%. Trying to keep it under 10% and get up to 220 before December.
So quiick one week update for this deca, actually week and a half. Bloating has gone up, hunger has come back a little but var still curbs it pretty well. Because of the bloating I can shoot all the way up to 214 and can go all the way down to 205. I have since uppd the adex to .5mg ed and it seems to be stoking better. The pain in my knee and elbow pain have gone away which was the main reason for me adding deca.

Vascularity is way up bf is down to 16.5% when not bloating, definition is showing up everywhere. I am really loving this combo.
So finally got the bloating under control, friend gave me some aromasin. In the morning I have been consistently around 212-213 and body fat is 16.5%. Finally have abs showing through when I'm dry and I flex. Going to start a one night a week carb loading in hopes to lean down to 12% in the next 6 weeks.
Strength is considerably up. Max bench is now 335. Max squat without wraps is 365, and max dead is 435. Very happy with the deca and the strength increases. Still have 6 more weeks hopefully going to total 1250 and weigh in around 210 @ 12% and by the rate of it this looks very achievable.
So big update I am forced to go into pct due to a few injuries from softball and the gym, Sunday strained my bicep tendon good enough to make raising my hand absolutely impossible, then next day got my foot caught in a mole hole and tore my menescus... Going to take a week without cycle then start pct.... So is life....
