    pic from sundays workout

    got a 35lb overall pr this weekend. could have probably gone a little higher but my brain got the best of me. felt awesome though. working high boards for lockout and cns.
    worked up to 405 raw 4 board, got in my shirt and went;
    475
    545
    575
    600!
    What a day. Im still 7 weeks out from my meet. Only getting stronger. Im getting pretty confident in my 500 opener.

    Thanks guys. should be good. My weight is in check, been hovering 238-240lbs. getting stronger every week. next session in my shirt will be 3 board I think, so Im gonna make a run at 600 again off of that.
