    With a good bar you really don't need chalk, most of the time I think people use it cuz they think they should.

    I haven't maxed out on deadlift since january. I was 205 and natural at that point and got 495 for 1. Now I have no idea. Deadlift is just my warmup for legs now. I do 1 set of 275 and 1 set of 365, little effort.

    I dont know what my max is now. My last set is 495 for 6-8. I go much heavier and the pain comes fast.

    At a body weight of 229 I set DL record in the 242 at 687lbs, missed 710.

    90kg BW pulled 185kg for 5. Although slipped a disc 1 month ago pulling 155kg, so haven't tried deads since then.
    I love lifting so much that i wanna take it behind the school building and get it pregnant!

    i competed in powerlifting long time ago and pulled 661 pounds . i was 249 bwt . in the gym i did 620 pounds for five reps . no bounce . no straps either

    I aspire to pull 400 at this point, my best is 365 off a 4" deficit box, conventional, overhand grip at 5'9" 200lb, my wife does 320lb conventional, mixed grip
