    What's your max bench?

Another thread that needs to be in here....

I did 440 with a pause 2wks ago at 238 raw. Then did 225 for 32 90% reps(all just short of full lockout). Most iv got credit for in a comp is 502.6 record in my weight class suited.

I did it once. I have done 450 on multiple occasions but even those have been on days that I consider notable days, you know, those days where everything just clicked.

Also, I was closer to 260 body weight, not the 242 that I have always tried to stay within.

Nice! I'm lookin to try in get 450 at worlds in the 242, iv done 440 at 235 so I'm guessin with 15 more lbs on me I would think I could get 10more lbs when in comp mode....

Either way....465 is a sick number. How tall are you?

Hmmmmm....... Video or proof! Or you weigh 350-400lbs. At witch point I don think you would have the cardio to do 7reps with anything.

    Just sayin...

In competition, I always flited with 500, but usually would up just under. Shoulder issues always made this my weakest lift.
