That's why everyone is here, right? What works for different pps, how long they went on a training cycle, what their gains were, etc. Did you use protein, creatine, glut, & meat, & foods? Did you train 3x a week, or 4? Did you use roids, and if so, what? Where do you draw the line with supplements? |
