If they had IP displaying enabled in the forums we could, but for privacy reasons most forum owners disable this function. Only allowing themselves and some moderators the ability to do so.

Thanks for the help friends & neighbors ... the answer is not to found from IM as who ever it was that logged in as dontragho has no IP match with another member. Who ever the puss was he doesn't have the nuts to come out and play under his own name.

The number of people with dynamic ip:s outnumber the static ip:s. And the use of proxys are also an option so the above proves nothing.

But even being dynamic, the IP would generally fall into the same bit mask range even when it changed. So in many cases you could get an idea if the person might be the same I would think.
