Maybe I'm just overlooking it but I don't see how it's done if it can be. I see we can erase post but not threads.

Thanks man. I was hoping we will too as we're the ones who start the things...

the reason for this is if you started a thread and it ended up with 50 replies from other members should you have the right/power to delete all of their posts just because you started the thread?

do you see how this could be a problem?

Yup, makes sense. You may be deleting a lot of relevant and useful information.

Then we should only allow this ability in Open Chat.

That's what I pretty much figured seeing that the option is not available... Maybe if we could submit a request to do so to someone or something along those lines. That makes sense and I figured as much but it would be nice nevertheless to have the option. It was a suggetion and not a question. Should have worded it better. I see why they do it that way though. All you muscleheads might get roid rage or something... j/p fellas

Yeah, if y'all knew BKC from softballfans, he is a "known thread eraser"--some very strange aspect of his personality likes to start threads and then let them run their course and erase them a few hours later....

Couple hours later? NO... After they no longer get post for days? Yes... As you know I've even stopped that. Anyway... Maybe if we had the option when there are 5-10 post or less in the thread. Just an idea.

Yeah I think that at the 3500 post mark it is about time to contribute to the cause don't you think PreMier?

But then again Prince was mean to me awhile back...so I don't know if I should try to solicite members for him now

I contribute to the emotional well being of IM!. If anything, Prince owes me a few payments.
